Welcome to Synergy Basketball! By accessing, using, or participating in any Synergy Basketball programs, training sessions, camps, leagues, tournaments, or related activities (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Agreement

By registering for any Synergy Basketball program, you agree to:

  • Adhere to all rules, policies, and guidelines set forth by Synergy Basketball.

  • Ensure all registration and waiver forms are completed before participation.

  • Comply with the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

 

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • All participants must meet the age and skill level requirements for their respective programs.

  • A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process for minors (under 18).

  • Registration is only complete once full payment and all required forms (including waivers) are submitted.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment must be made in full before participation in any program.

  • Synergy Basketball has a no-refund policy, except under specific circumstances as outlined in the Refund & Credit Policy.

  • Any bounced or failed payments will result in suspension from participation until resolved.

4. Participant Conduct & Sportsmanship

Synergy Basketball promotes a positive and respectful environment. All participants, parents, coaches, and spectators must:

  • Show good sportsmanship and respect towards coaches, staff, referees, and other players.

  • Follow all facility rules and guidelines.

  • Refrain from inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, bullying, fighting, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

  • Understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the program without a refund.

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in any Synergy Basketball activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Basketball is a physical sport that involves risks, including but not limited to injuries, falls, and collisions.

  • Synergy Basketball is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or personal property damage.

  • All participants (or their parents/guardians) must sign a Release & Waiver of Liability before engaging in any Synergy Basketball activity.

 

6. Use of Name, Likeness, and Media

By participating in Synergy Basketball programs, you grant permission for:

  • Your name, image, and/or video to be used in promotional materials, social media, and website content.

  • Synergy Basketball to record and distribute media for training, publicity, and marketing purposes.

  • If you do not consent, you must submit a written request to [Insert Contact Email] before participation.

 

7. Facility Rules & Cancellations

  • Participants must follow all rules of the training facility and respect its property.

  • In the event of a weather-related or unforeseen cancellation, Synergy Basketball reserves the right to reschedule or issue program credits instead of refunds.

8. Program Modifications & Termination

  • Synergy Basketball reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program, training session, or event at its discretion.

  • Any updates to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
